Optimal Biz for Mobile is an application that securely manages smartphones and tablet devices that are used in or provided by the company. By installing the app on iPhone, iPad, Windows devices, or AndroidTM devices, the IT manager can do the followings on the browser-based console:
• Lock devices remotely if the device is lost or stolen
• Prohibit certain non-business applications
• Set Wi-Fi settings
• Manage device information as assets
Optimal Biz for Mobile provides unique, powerful features with the user-friendly interface that other vendors do not. It also keeps successful track record of business with many major companies.
Optimal Biz for Mobile protects confidential information on Windows PCs and tablets with the remote lock features when they are lost or stolen. However, in addition to this existing feature, the remote wipe features is now available for more robust security (Surface Pro supported).The basic features of Optimal Biz for Mobile include application prohibition, report export, alert notification, it also offers stronger security with security settings such as to prevent malicious use of Windows devices, activate firewall and Windows Update. Furthermore, it restricts USB or CD/DVD/Blue-ray, offers system diagnosis over HDD and CPU temperature, and system recovery activation.
